I’m a client-focused healthcare and operations professional with experience across nursing, healthcare operations, management, sales, scheduling, and client services. My career has given me a unique mix of clinical and business experience. As a Registered Practical Nurse, I’ve developed strong skills in patient care, case management, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation, and managing complex priorities. I’ve also worked in private healthcare operations, where I coordinated scheduling, client intake, provider workflows, and day-to-day client communication.
Outside of healthcare, I have several years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, including staff scheduling, team coordination, event logistics, customer service, and real-time problem solving. I currently work independently as a cosmetic nurse injector, managing my own client base from consultation through follow-up while working in a commission-based sales environment. This has strengthened my skills in consultative sales, relationship building, client retention, and high-value purchasing decisions.
I’m particularly interested in opportunities that combine client relationships, operations, administration, sales, coordination, or management. I’m highly organized, self-directed, comfortable working remotely, and enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and keeping things moving. I’m relocating to Toronto and am especially interested in remote or flexible opportunities with growing companies where I can contribute across both the client and operational sides of the business.
