For over 7 years, I have worked at the intersection of healthcare delivery, systems design, and operational strategy, focused on eliminating the friction that slows down both care teams and the organizations that support them. My career has been defined by taking messy, fragmented processes and turning them into streamlined, scalable workflows that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve user experience.
