At Independent Living Waterloo Region, I supervise Attendant Services and coach frontline Care Attendants through onboarding, training, performance and attendance management. I conduct consumer intake assessments, including interRAI Contact Assessment (CHA) evaluations, to inform care needs and individualized service plans.
I coordinate person-centred support with healthcare providers and community partners, and liaise with Regional Housing Services during consumer onboarding. I also investigate workplace incidents and use SharePoint and digital workflow tools to improve documentation, tracking and supervisory processes.
