What I'm looking for

I'm looking to diagnose workflow friction, build practical AI and automation systems, and help teams turn pilots into measurable, lasting adoption.

At Zapier, I spent ten years helping teams and customers adopt automation, diagnose workflow friction, and turn operational patterns into durable systems. I started as one of the company’s first APAC hires and later partnered with Product, Engineering, and Knowledge teams to improve processes and platform experiences.

I build AI-enabled enablement systems that hold up in real use. I created a custom GPT and Trello workflow that cut lesson deployment time by 50%, onboarded 50+ support specialists using adoption metrics, and developed curriculum adopted organisation-wide.

Outside Zapier, I’ve redesigned workflows and built lightweight automations for an external real-estate client, and I’m building Scanresibo end-to-end with Claude Code and the Anthropic API. I’m focused on proving AI adoption through working tools, changed habits, and measurable operational outcomes.
