I’m looking for a Customer Success and Account Management role in SaaS/AI-driven companies where I can lead onboarding and retention, grow repeat revenue, and use CRM + AI workflow automation to improve customer health and outcomes.

I’m a client relationship and revenue operations professional with 4+ years driving customer retention, repeat revenue, and engagement through consultative relationship management. I focus on onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account expansion—turning customer health signals into clear next steps for better outcomes.

Most recently, I’ve been evaluating LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, safety, and production readiness, using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini daily while designing prompts and providing RLHF-aligned feedback to support model improvement. Earlier, I owned a 500+ active-account portfolio and led onboarding and development for a 15-person team, while delivering a cloud-based, CRM-integrated POS implementation with zero downtime and full adoption. I also build workflow automation with n8n and Zapier to streamline reporting, customer follow-ups, and internal communications.
