What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead onboarding and training, manage projects end-to-end, and support teams with empathetic leadership, strong attention to details, and Lean Six Sigma-minded continuous improvement.

I’m an adaptable and proactive administration professional and team leader who enjoys managing teams, driving employees to a fulfilling career, and ensuring projects move from draft to completion. My academic background sharpened my critical mind, attention to details, and quick, focused learning.

In my role as Onboarding Team Lead at Majorel Lisbon, Portugal, I determined project needs and parameters, assigned tasks to team members, and regularly conducted progress checks to meet deadlines. I supervised, motivated, engaged, and trained team members to successfully perform their tasks and exceed quality expectations, while using empathetic leadership and performance management to keep momentum high.

I also strengthen delivery through project management and continuous improvement—collaborating with department managers to troubleshoot unexpected issues, ensure Lean Six Sigma processes are followed correctly, and improve them where possible.
