@saschaderuigh
I improve learning operations and customer experiences for global, remote teams.
What I'm looking for
At Learnlight, I’ve supported global learners and corporate clients across onboarding, programme delivery, engagement, and ongoing learner support. I combine operational coordination with a human approach that removes friction and helps people progress.
As a Project Coordinator and Senior Program Manager, I standardised processes, maintained training and onboarding materials, coordinated cross-functional initiatives, and delivered language and intercultural learning programmes. I’ve also designed onboarding for new colleagues and supported complex learner queries during organisational change.
My background spans SaaS, EdTech, digital advertising support, retail operations, technology training, and international tourism. I enjoy working remotely across cultures and improving the systems, communication, and experiences behind a service.
