What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a strategic HR leadership role where I can strengthen HR governance, build high-performing teams, use people analytics to guide workforce decisions, and support organizational growth in a multicultural, values-driven environment.

I lead group-wide HR strategy at Felak Concept Group across oil and gas, engineering, construction, ICT, hospitality, training, international trade, and social-impact businesses. I've built employee handbooks, HR manuals, SOPs, competency frameworks, KPI-based performance systems, and compliance frameworks while overseeing recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, learning, and organizational change.

My work has improved staff productivity by over 80%, supported HR system implementations, trained more than 1,000 youths through donor-supported programmes, and delivered Microsoft and soft-skills training for 50+ staff. I bring experience across multicultural and international environments, including UN-HABITAT in Nairobi, with a focus on merit-driven recruitment, people analytics, HR governance, and employee development.
