I seek a remote-friendly role focused on CRM/data management and/or administration. Preferably, within an organisation that is non-profit, a good cause, charity or works for a common good.

I am a dependable data and administrative specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience managing, cleansing, reporting and optimising large datasets across CRMs and bespoke systems.

I've managed 10,000+ client records, overseen hundreds of contracts, and supported utility projects exceeding £100k while delivering continual CRM refinements and documentation.

As a freelancer and eCommerce coordinator I've completed thousands of data tasks, sold items online with perfect feedback, and delivered UI/CX and AI-focused projects on platforms like DataForce and Lionbridge.

I am driven by accuracy, process improvement and stakeholder service, with strong Microsoft proficiency, linguistic skills, and seven-plus years' remote working experience.
