What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative role where I can combine customer service and accurate data handling (e.g., Raiser’s Edge and Excel), support and train teammates, and grow in a friendly, well-structured environment.

I’m a professional, polite administrator with over 10 years’ experience across diverse industries, including media and leisure, and within voluntary and health sector teams. People recognize me as responsible, punctual, and well-presented, and I’m comfortable working alone or supporting a team.

In my current role as a Customer Service Team Officer for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, I process donations and membership fees using Raiser’s Edge, administer Supporter Care, and handle constituent email requests. I also help onboard and train new staff members, balancing accuracy with strong communication and a friendly, professional approach.

Before that, I worked in Customer Service and administrative support roles across similar environments, including temporary assignments in HR and operations. I’ve supported data processing and reporting needs, performed data cleansing and calculations in Excel using functions like VLOOKUP and CONCATENATE, and created charts and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.

Earlier in my career, I spent 10+ years in advertising creative services as a Traffic Manager, where I identified time-management and cost-saving improvements—such as introducing a department scanner that saved thousands of pounds in studio costs. I’ve since built my administrative and IT strengths through training in areas like cybersecurity, digital and IT skills, project management (PRINCE2), and SQL—so I can bring structure, care, and practical problem-solving to every task.
