At Samcint Solution Pvt Ltd (Creditmitra), I built HR processes and HR technology from scratch, including onboarding, induction, performance improvement plans and exit management. I owned the HRMS build from requirements through rollout and improved HR data accuracy to 98%+.
I also set up HR reporting and data governance, with regular audits and reconciliations of employee master data and payroll records. I owned the Lending and Insurance benefits verticals, validating payroll deductions and benefit records.
At Stefanini Group, I analysed three years of merit data for 1,000+ employees and ran promotion, salary and merit cycles for 300+ employees with 98% process compliance. I also analysed skip-level feedback and employee engagement surveys to share themes and insights with leaders.
In my HRBP I role, I supported end-to-end HR services for 1,000+ employees, with 98% SLA adherence and accuracy. I managed North America HR operations on PeopleSoft, using PeopleCode to customise solutions, and contributed to a 25% reduction in HR process turnaround time.
