I'm looking to lead business analysis and product delivery for complex insurance or BFSI platforms, translating business needs into clear, engineering-ready requirements and reliable API- and data-driven workflows.

I've led business analysis and product delivery for Go Digit Life Insurance, automating claim-settlement communications from a manual 15–20-day process to near-real-time notifications after payment confirmation.

I led four Business Analysts and partnered with a development team on claims and policy-administration initiatives, including a corporate-agent claims portal handling 500+ claims per day. My work covers discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, API and data requirements, UAT, and release coordination.
