At DXC Technology, I lead requirements analysis and release delivery for US and UK life, health, and annuity insurance solutions. I translate product and regulatory needs into specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models.
I work across business, engineering, and QA teams on mainframe, web, API, and AWS-based platforms. I also support sprint planning, release estimation, impact analysis, and production issue resolution.
As a functional SME for life insurance and annuity products, I review test plans, define UAT strategies, and track defects through Jira and Azure DevOps. My work supports delivery quality, including achieving zero critical post-release defects.
Earlier, at Atishay Limited & Zapurse, I worked on e-governance and fintech products, including the Zapurse B2B payment and remittance platform. Across my roles, I’ve supported solution discovery, UAT, and delivery for insurance, government, enterprise, and fintech applications.
