I've led HR transformation, M&A integration, and talent strategy across India operations for more than 26 years. At SIS RCM India, I served as the senior-most HR leader, partnering with country and global leadership to establish and scale HR operations from the ground up.

I led HR integration during an organizational M&A, aligning structures, talent, and policies to maintain business continuity. I also directed HRIS, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, performance cycles, employee relations, payroll data alignment, and ISO 27001:2022 audit readiness.

Previously at Fairwood Infra & Services, I consolidated fragmented HR functions into a centralized end-to-end HR organization and helped grow the workforce from 50 to more than 300 employees. I modernized HR operations through HR One, built recruitment and talent-management frameworks, and launched the company’s first internal digital newsletter.

Across my career, I’ve built engagement programs, coached leaders, developed learning initiatives, and created transparent, high-performing cultures. I bring a people-centered approach to turning business strategy into practical HR outcomes.
