Palesa Lenyatsa

I am a hospitality professional trained in Hospitality Management (National Diploma) with practical experience in hotel operations and local government LED/Tourism work. I combine frontline customer service with administrative and reporting skills developed during internships.

At Road Lodge I supported senior staff, compiled night-audit and occupancy reports, supervised laundry operations and assisted reception, strengthening my operational and supervisory abilities. In my role at Setsoto Local Municipality I handled phone and permit processing, data capture, CV assistance, and supported business training projects.

I hold short courses in Wines of the World and Microsoft Digital Literacy, and I have been recognized for community engagement through volunteer leadership with hunger-relief organisations and for participation in university singing competitions. I am first-aid trained and bring patience, adaptability, problem-solving and strong interpersonal communication to every role.
