What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in employee relations while continuing to develop vital ER skills. I’m interested in the Employee Relations Specialist opportunity at Monument Health and align with its values of trust, respect, compassion, community, and excellence.

At the University of Wyoming, I consult with supervisors on employee policy and draft corrective action and performance improvement plans. Since April 2026, I’ve also been functioning in a senior specialist capacity, handling higher-risk employee relations cases.

I ran testing and release of the performance evaluation software and helped troubleshoot evaluations for 3,000+ employees. I also helped develop a more efficient case tracker and created corrective action templates with more legally sound language.

Earlier, at Lincoln Electric Automation, I supported recruiting, onboarding, and job description revisions as a Human Resources Intern. My Industrial/Organizational Psychology studies at Colorado State University included employee satisfaction and turnover analysis using R-Studio, conflict mediation, and presenting data and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
