At AdPredictive and Addi, I led people operations and business execution as the senior HR partner to the COO. I directed payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, compensation, and enterprise systems while improving engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.

I led the carve-out and launch of Addi as an independent company, owning legal entity formation, insurance, workforce transitions, and systems and data migration. I also managed operating budgets, optimized vendor contracts, supported ISO and SOC 2 readiness, and administered Google Workspace and internal IT operations.

Previously, I built scalable client operations playbooks at Ad Astra Information Systems for a $2M client portfolio and delivered end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, client retention, and contract management at True Captive Insurance and MyTrueHR.

I began building HR functions at Targeted Metrics as one of its first five employees, creating recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance processes while coaching 62 sales representatives. My background also includes underwriting, internal audits, digital product collaboration, and risk assessment at MetLife.
