I'm seeking a hybrid or remote position in technology application or training, operations, or development, where I can contribute to innovative projects and continue learning, teaching, and empowering teams.

At Synergy Wealth Solutions, I manage cybersecurity, software setup, and compliance policies across 400+ devices. I support a 200+ member agency with CRM systems, Office365, Windows and MacOS, and other workplace technology.

I deliver firm-wide software training and create resource guides and slide decks. I also support advisors as they transition to the agency, helping their teams learn the platforms and acclimate to the company.
