I am an Associate Degree in Business Management professional with five years of hands-on experience in sales, client services, and business management within the insurance sector. I consistently built and managed client portfolios while identifying and closing sales opportunities.

At Metropolitan Lesotho I developed channels, opened agency relationships with groups and institutions, and drove marketing and outreach efforts that supported new business and retention of in-force policies. I also handled claims processing, premium collection, and routine financial and administrative tasks.

My strengths include managerial accounting, business planning, international business management, business analytics, and operations research, complemented by strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. I am experienced in CRM, Microsoft Office, and maintaining client records and interactions.
