What I'm looking for

A remotely doable job that a university student can manage well. I am open to jobs that are not too time consuming so that I can manage my studies alongside but I ensure that I will give my 100% if I commit to it. All in all I have a profound knowledge in vendor and customer operations and problem solving using salesforce and jira.

I am currently doing my Bachelors in Software Engineering from TED University, Ankara, Turkey. Previously I have done my own small scale covid disinfection services business by the name Sarte Services in Karachi, Pakistan. I have also worked in foodpanda Pakistan (delivery hero) as a Project Trainee in live operations for the Vendor Operations department and have worked closely with team members, vendors and riders to ensure satisfaction on all ends.

Sarte services is my own company that provides covid disinfection services in Pakistan in which I look over the operations, marketing strategies, inventory management and finances to ensure that the customer is safe and satisfied with the quality of the product and services provided. We disinfected numerous households, offices, schools, etc. and gained experience in how startups should be run.

I joined foodpanda Pakistan to cater to vendor operations and ensure a smoothly running backend office for the satisfaction of vendors and also customer dealings so that there are no issues by providing live assistance to both ends. I have also carried out order investigations and onboard/offboard vendor cases.
