What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced customer support or call-center role where I can drive high-volume outbound performance, keep Salesforce records accurate, and contribute to workflow improvements while building long-term customer relationships.

I’m a call center and customer support professional with experience in high-volume outbound calling, CRM updates, client communication, and workflow improvement. In my Call Center Specialist role, I managed 240-380 calls per day and maintained accurate customer records and contact lists in Salesforce CRM.

I also bring cross-functional coordination experience from my Product Manager / Project Coordinator work at NETEX, where I used Jira for issue tracking and collaborated with developers on workflow improvements. Beyond operations, I support communities and have long-running IT and web experience—hardware troubleshooting, OS reinstallation, and web support using OpenCart, JavaScript, and PHP—so I can troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and keep processes moving.
