I'm looking to lead growth, martech, and business-strategy initiatives where I can use analytics, KPI governance, and cross-functional execution to improve acquisition, retention, and performance.

At XP Inc., I lead Growth and Martech initiatives, scaling an influencer acquisition channel 10x and improving acquisition-funnel conversion 5x. I also build KPI governance and operating cadences that support data-driven decisions.
