At Teleperformance, I support WellCare Medicare Part D members by verifying eligibility, prescription coverage, and benefits. I review claims and Explanation of Benefits information, explain claim status, and process premium payments to member accounts.
Previously, I reviewed claims documentation at Sedgwick and researched taxpayer accounts at the Internal Revenue Service. I’m currently completing a Healthcare Billing & Coding certificate at Central Georgia Technical College and am seeking a medical claims, billing support, or insurance operations role.
