Oscar Didia

I’m an Administration and Human Resources Director, driven by a strong passion for intellectualism, research, leadership, mass communication, public relations, and advertising. I aim to strengthen an organization’s communication, growth, and professionalism in a present dynamic world economy.

Since October 2020, I’ve worked as a Consultant for International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and I’ve brought that same strategic approach to my ongoing leadership and administrative responsibilities at the Institute of Leadership and Development Communication. I’m purposeful about combining communication expertise with operational direction.

From December 2017 onward, I’ve served as a Supervisor / Procurement Personal at Spadob Hotel and Suits, applying “Procurement and Contract Management” with strong aptitude for accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. I’m comfortable with ability to work under pressure and time management to keep projects moving.

My background in Journalism and Communication (MA) and English Language (BA), along with capacity-building and business administration training, supports how I lead, research, and communicate. Through publications and workshops, I’ve developed a thoughtful, evidence-minded approach to leadership, public relations, and mass communication.
