I'm a market researcher specializing in industrial real estate, currently building the research function from scratch at ATISA Group. One of Baja California's leading industrial warehouse developers. I work directly with leadership to deliver data-driven insights on vacancy rates, rental pricing, construction pipeline, land availability, absorption trends, and cross-border trade dynamics.

Based in Tijuana and operating at the crossroads of Mexico and the U.S., I bring a unique regional perspective to one of North America's most strategically important industrial corridors. My work helps inform investment decisions, development strategy, and market positioning in a rapidly evolving market.
