I’m looking for an HR Operations/HRIS role where I can own Workday/UKG/BambooHR workflows, protect data integrity and compliance, and lead high-volume onboarding/offboarding while delivering practical HR reporting that supports leadership decisions.

I’m an HR Operations professional with 7+ years supporting employee lifecycle administration and HRIS management across multi-state, remote workforces. I’m a hands-on administrator of Workday HCM, UKG, and BambooHR, with a consistent focus on data integrity, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

I manage high-volume onboarding (40+ hires/month), offboarding, benefits administration, and HR reporting in fast-paced, distributed environments. I own the end-to-end workflows—new hire communications, system provisioning, compliance documentation, and timely HRIS updates—so teams can move quickly and accurately.

I generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports for HR leadership and internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and compliance audits. I also respond to employee and manager HRIS inquiries, providing accurate system guidance and troubleshooting support.

I strengthen HR systems through proactive process improvement and reliable administration of workflows, including managing ServiceNow ticketing for onboarding and termination workflows. I ensure HR compliance across I-9 and FLSA requirements, and I partner across HR, IT, payroll, and benefits vendors to maintain accuracy during audits, open enrollment, and life event changes.
