My background includes maintaining personnel records, configuring systems, creating complex Excel reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and conducting data integrity checks to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. I bring hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG (Kronos), and Oracle HCM.
