I explain technical products in clear, accessible terms, triage complex issues to technical teams, and follow up consistently to ensure customers reach successful outcomes. I also document interaction trends to support process improvement and contribute to technical sales and retention conversations.

At Yaraa.io, I supported B2B SaaS growth through lead qualification, customer onboarding, product walkthroughs, training, and CRM pipeline management in Zendesk and HubSpot. I independently sourced, negotiated, and closed a B2B client deal, while using Excel to track customer usage and business performance.

Alongside my full-time work, I’ve managed client relationships in a freelance capacity and designed presentation slides and social graphics in Figma for clients.
