I’m an Enterprise Mobility Engineer with 17+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years specializing in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) for Windows, Android, iOS, and BlackBerry environments. I focus on secure endpoint operations—device lifecycle management, provisioning, policy deployment, application management, compliance, and endpoint security.
In my current role supporting IBM MaaS360, I serve as Technical SPOC/Coordinator for multiple global enterprise customers. I support 25,000 to 100,000+ managed devices and have supported enterprise environments with 100,000+ managed endpoints.
As the Tier 2 technical escalation lead, I troubleshoot complex mobility and enrollment issues across device enrollment, compliance, authentication, and policy deployment. I coordinate across Product Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution, improve service delivery, and enhance customer outcomes.
I bring hands-on Microsoft Endpoint capability as well, with Microsoft Intune experience through certification labs and active expansion into Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and modern endpoint management.
