I’m an Intune Tech Lead with 13+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based device management. I architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale Intune (cloud-only) environments covering 100,000+ devices across global organizations, with deep hands-on work in Autopilot, Conditional Access, compliance & configuration profiles, app protection policies, and endpoint security hardening.
In my current role, I manage end-to-end Intune MDM/MAM for Windows, iOS, and Android—overseeing device lifecycle from Windows Autopilot provisioning (user-driven and pre-provisioning/white glove) through compliance, configuration, and application deployment. I also lead technical teams and change workflows, including BitLocker, LAPS, ASR policies, Win32 packaging and mass deployment with lifecycle cleanup, and structured change request workflows. Previously, I delivered Tier-2/3 Intune and M365 support across North America, Europe, and APAC, optimizing Autopilot enrollment and designing Conditional Access aligned with Zero Trust principles, while supporting BYOD app protection and reporting across 50+ enterprise clients.
