I’m looking for a role where I can own secure endpoint management with Intune/MDM—driving enrollment, compliance, and troubleshooting—while improving device lifecycle and identity access across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.

I’m an MDM/Intune Engineer with 6+ years of experience managing enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune (MEM), Workspace ONE, and Apple Business Manager. I’ve supported and managed 500+ enterprise devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS, focusing on device enrollment, compliance policies, endpoint security, and identity access management.

In my current role at HCLTech, I deploy and configure MDM/MAM solutions, administer Apple Business Manager for device provisioning and lifecycle management, and resolve L2/L3 technical issues within SLA timelines. I also implement security and compliance policies to improve device security posture, validate configurations before deployment, and document solutions through knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
