I've led end-to-end recruitment for TalentHackers' international clients across EMEA, the Americas, Africa, and Asia, hiring technical, commercial, and operations talent. I reduced time-to-hire from four weeks to one week through structured sourcing, pipeline optimisation, and stakeholder alignment.

At Upkora Solutions, I built the People Operations function for a remote-first tech startup, creating policies, SOPs, an employee handbook, HR systems, and KPI frameworks. I also owned recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and engagement initiatives.

At Jobberman Nigeria, I supported recruitment and people operations across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Workforce Development, while partnering with leaders on employee lifecycle needs. Through the Mastercard Foundation Associate Program, I helped place 103 associates across employer partnerships in Nigeria and Ghana.

I've grown from an HR Intern and Executive Assistant into an HR Associate, HR Manager, People & Culture Associate, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. I bring hands-on experience with global hiring, ATS administration, HR analytics, performance management, and building practical people processes from the ground up.
