What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve operations for SaaS or service-based businesses, using CRM, automation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen client journeys, onboarding, and scalable growth.

I'm currently leading day-to-day operations at Thaat, a SaaS home medical services platform within Tabib Group, where my operational strategy and execution supported 20%+ month-over-month revenue growth.

I build SOPs for onboarding, provider management, and reporting; coordinate leadership, service providers, and technical partners; and manage budgets, expense reviews, contracts, and audit-ready records.

Previously at REI Lead Pros, I owned client relationships from qualification through contract execution and closing, averaging eight closed transactions per month. I maintained CRM pipelines, resolved deal blockers with title companies, buyers, and sellers, and trained new hires on process steps.
