At Synovus Bank, I increased customer engagement by 40% and led a $3M transformation initiative that generated approximately $6M in business value through automation and integration improvements. At Equivant Court, I drove AI agent and Microsoft Copilot integrations into core platform workflows to improve data insights, reporting, and operational efficiency.

I turn customer needs, business objectives, data insights, and technical requirements into roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, epics, user stories, and measurable outcomes. I work closely with engineering, UX, QA, executives, and business stakeholders from discovery and journey mapping through UAT, release, and continuous optimization.

I'm also the founder and product manager of Grow Your Wallet, where I define product vision, market strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and platform optimization for a digital financial education business.
