I'm looking to lead digital banking, payments, operations, or transformation initiatives where I can improve customer journeys, automate processes, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable business performance.

I've spent over eight years improving digital banking, payment operations, customer onboarding, lending operations, and investment services across fintech and regulated financial institutions.

I lead operational transformation initiatives that improve customer experience through process redesign and digital automation. I've managed merchant acquisition support, KYC processes, banking partnerships, operational issue resolution, and digital product adoption for enterprise customers.

I work closely with technology teams and stakeholders across banking and fintech ecosystems to deliver digital solutions, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
