Before Miva, I worked at Access PLC, delivering high-touch support to premium and high-net-worth customers across accounts, cards, transactions, and digital banking services. I resolved complex card disputes, declined transactions, and chargeback issues while maintaining confidentiality and accurate CRM records.

I've consistently used CRM systems, reports, and documentation to track interactions, follow up on concerns, and improve service delivery. My work combines customer success, retention support, professional communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

I'm building a career in Human Resources and want to add value as a change agent within a supportive, enabling organization.
