I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional focused on entry-level opportunities across insurance, operations, customer support, and administrative services. I bring hands-on experience supporting customers, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records while working independently in remote and hybrid environments.

In my freelance Sales & Distribution Assistant role, I helped coordinate sales and delivery operations, handled customer inquiries, and supported order fulfillment. I maintained inventory, transaction, and stock records with strong attention to detail, strengthening my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills through daily operational support.

In customer support and administrative experience, I responded to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, managed documentation, and updated information databases. I’m currently building my insurance knowledge through AINS studies and basic insurance fundamentals, and I’m comfortable preparing reports and organizing information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
