What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Human Resources Manager position where I can apply my knowledge of HR practices, support employee growth and well-being, foster a positive work culture, and align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

At Nigga Farm, I managed a team and the care of 4,000 layer birds, monitoring poultry health and keeping production and expense records.

I also implemented biosecurity measures, including sanitation protocols, visitor controls, and vaccination programs.

At Olasheu Farm, I supervised the day-to-day fishery operation and a team of five workers. I developed a feeding schedule and maintained inventory and production records.

At Baylan&Co., I managed a catfish farm with more than 5,000 fish, enforced operating procedures, and conducted a program on writing a fishery farm business plan. I’m seeking a Human Resources Manager position where I can apply my knowledge of HR practices and support employees’ growth and well-being.
