I'm seeking a responsible HR role to apply recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement skills, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow in a supportive, growth-focused company.

I am an organized, confident Human Resources graduate with four years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. I bring strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work across multiple stakeholders to drive company growth.

My background includes supervisory and frontline roles across hospitality, agriculture, and retail, where I managed operations, record-keeping, customer relations, and sales promotions. I have hands-on experience managing farm activities and livestock feeding, as well as handling cash remittances and daily reconciliations. These roles strengthened my problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and accountability.

I hold a BSc in Consumer Science (Resource Management and Extension), a National Diploma in Home and Rural Economics, and certifications in project management and NYSC completion. I am seeking a responsible HR role where I can apply my skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement while continuing to grow professionally.
