I am a versatile and proactive Human Resource Officer with over 4 years of experience in personnel management and fish farm management. I have a track record of driving innovations that align with the goals of an organization. My expertise includes coordinating capacity building training for employees, implementing performance evaluations, and reforming the workforce. I hold an OND and HND in Fisheries Technology and possess cognate experience in fish rearing and processing.

In my current role at Monye Ventures Limited, I serve as a link between management, employees, and vendors, resolving work-related problems and providing suitable training to employees. I also manage human resources operations, including recruiting, selecting, and training staff. Additionally, I provide managerial support, maintain an up-to-date employee database, and oversee the welfare of all employees.

During my time at Greater Grace Academy, I served as a Teacher and Human Resource Coordinator, where I taught subjects to students, provided administrative support, and ensured effective resolution of complaints. I also managed the day-to-day activities of the school and ensured organizational policies and standards were observed.
