I am a reliable and detail-oriented professional with experience in customer support, ICT, and administrative operations. Over the years, I have handled customer interactions, resolved issues, and supported daily operations in fast-paced environments.
In my current role as ICT Support Staff at Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), I provide day-to-day technical support to staff and users and resolve complaints or system-related issues. I also assist with record keeping and documentation of activities while working with other team members to handle more complex problems.
Before that, I supported customers at Finbank Plc through customer service and sales support—helping with banking services, opening accounts, processing applications, and promoting banking products when necessary. I maintained proper records and supported general office and administrative duties.
I’m comfortable managing multiple tasks, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and working across time zones and night shifts. I am also open to remote roles, ready to start immediately, and focused on professional service under high volumes of requests.
