I bring over 7 years of experience in office administration, customer service, and human resources, with excellent communication skills. I’m a deadline-oriented team player who works well with minimum supervision, and I’m known for strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In customer service, I educated customers on products and explained policies, procedures, responsibilities, and rights through the telephone. I maintained strict confidentiality and privacy, followed call procedures, handled telephone and email enquiries, and provided technical support for both internal and external clients—especially when addressing discrepancies on statements, debit and credit notes.
