What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own and build a People function end to end, creating scalable HR systems, data-driven reporting, compliant payroll processes, and talent frameworks for a next-generation African financial group.

At AB Offshore Marine Services, I build and optimise HRIS infrastructure, performance tracking, succession planning, recruitment, and payroll compliance for corporate and offshore teams.

I've reduced HR and administrative workflow time by 30–40% through automation and standardised documentation, while Power BI dashboards accelerated reporting turnaround by 30–50%.

Across marine, FMCG, logistics, and education, I've led people operations, employee welfare, workforce planning, training, and data analysis. I have also managed teams of up to 53 staff and built remote coordination frameworks that maintained operational continuity during COVID-19.

I'm completing an MBA in Human Resource Management and bring certifications in HR practice, AI for Human Behaviour Analysis, data analysis, and HSE. I’m ready to build an end-to-end People function for a growing organisation.
