I’m a People Operations professional with experience in performance management, HR analytics, and employee engagement. I build practical HR systems, optimize processes, and use data to strengthen employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

In my current role, I partner on performance management frameworks and maintain a centralized performance system in Coda to improve visibility into goals, KPIs, and review cycles. I also track workforce data and manage HR dashboards using Zoho, Excel, and Coda to support leadership decisions, while coordinating engagement surveys and feedback systems.

Previously, I developed core HR policies, handled end-to-end recruitment support, and implemented a monthly performance evaluation (MPR) template to ensure KPI clarity and alignment with organizational goals. I’ve also brought customer-facing strengths from CreditWave Finance Limited—improving customer satisfaction by 50%, managing 100+ weekly interactions, and supporting smooth processes and onboarding-adjacent operations with a culture-first, data-informed approach.
