I’m a Strategic HR and analytical professional with over 11 years of progressive experience driving organisational effectiveness through structured analysis, system improvement, and data-informed decision-making. I analyse workforce, departmental, and organisational performance data to identify trends, interpret key results, and generate actionable insights that support continuous improvement and strategic execution.
