What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a senior role to design and scale tech-enabled, competency-based provider training, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive clinical quality and innovation in a fast-paced, evidence-driven organisation.

I am a senior healthcare leader with over two decades of experience designing and delivering competency-based provider training across NHS and private healthcare sectors. I led education across six hospital sites at Barts Health, supporting large multidisciplinary teams and more than 20,000 staff with measurable improvements in care quality and compliance.

I have led multi-million-pound digital transformation programmes, deployed clinical devices at scale, and trained 5,000+ clinicians in telehealth and remote monitoring. I combine instructional design, simulation-based learning and e-learning to create blended curricula that meet regulatory standards and drive clinical excellence.

My leadership is pragmatic and collaborative: I have restructured services to meet JCI standards, managed large teams and accreditation efforts, lectured at medical and nursing schools, and maintained top internal and national ratings for educational events. I am motivated to build scalable, tech-enabled training systems that empower providers and improve patient outcomes.
