Develops service specifications, target operating models, equality health impact assessments, and business cases to secure funding while engaging senior clinical and commissioning stakeholders.

Completed the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, delivering complex multi-stakeholder healthcare projects across operational, strategic, and innovation environments. Developed business cases and drove service improvement using data-led insights, with focus on health inequalities and adoption/evaluation of digital and clinical innovations.

Supported rollout of a digital Smokefree app across regional NHS systems. Coordinated stakeholder engagement and facilitated steering groups and workshops, developing an evaluation framework for outcomes and cost-effectiveness with a health inequalities lens.

Supported delivery of ED, RTT, and elective nationally set performance targets, including Trust compliance with the national 12-hour decision to admit target. Led service improvement initiatives such as pathway redesign, supported implementation of UTC and social prescribing pathways, and analysed performance data for Trust management and board panels.

Conducted data analysis and financial assessments to support tax advisory services. Assisted in developing new strategies through research and supported stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Provided volunteer support at Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice. Volunteered from March 2018 to August 2019.

Completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Birmingham from September 2024 to July 2026.
