Programme Development Lead transforming healthcare innovations to reduce inequalities through collaboration.
What I'm looking for
I’m passionate about innovatively transforming processes to make a positive impact on the lives of others. With a strong NHS background across hospital Trusts and innovation organisations, I bring ambitious, open-minded, forward-thinking leadership grounded in system-wide collaboration, negotiation, and influencing.
As an experienced Programme Development Lead, I’ve led multiple innovation implementation projects end-to-end—from ideation through delivery and evaluation—to reduce healthcare inequalities via increased access to innovations. I use data-led decision making, establish internal and external governance, and manage plans, risks, and budgets in MS Projects, ensuring transparent partner communication through MS Teams and decision logs.
I’ve also secured funding, negotiated with Directors of Finance for timely transfers, and built pathway maps and an implementation toolkit to support wider roll-out. Previously, as a Haemoglobinopathy Network Manager, I established network governance and supported regional standardisation of care, including a successful business case for 24/7 automated red cell exchange—work that reflects my people-focussed, compassionate, stakeholder-led approach.
