I seek senior roles combining clinical leadership, commercial strategy and educational programme development, focused on measurable growth and innovation.

I am a senior healthcare professional, consultant and educator with 15+ years translating clinical insight into commercial strategy and educational programmes. I combine frontline clinical experience with board-level commercial leadership to deliver measurable financial and quality outcomes.

As a strategic leader I have driven market expansion, product commercialization and service design — including delivering 20% export sales growth and growing a product line from £1M to £5M. I lead cross-functional teams and international clinical advisor networks with a coaching-participative approach that builds capability and performance.

In academia I serve as Senior Lecturer and Module Lead on a pre-registration MSc Physiotherapy, designing inclusive curricula, managing assessment and budgets, and partnering with external experts to align teaching with industry standards.
