What I'm looking for

I seek a client-centered role managing IDD services where I can lead staff, ensure compliance, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and advance habilitation outcomes.

I am a dedicated QIDP-certified care manager with eight years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health or medical needs across residential and in-home settings.

I have managed caseloads ranging from single clients to groups of 18–20, supervised frontline staff (hiring, training, performance reviews), coordinated interdisciplinary teams, and ensured documentation and service plans met DHS and agency requirements.
